Women’s organization in the Dire Dawa administration and women in various fields participated in a panel discussion organized by the administration’s Women’s Prosperity League under the theme “Women’s Benefit and Participation for All Prosperity”.
In his opening remarks, KedirJuhar, Deputy Mayor of the Administration and Head of the Trade, Industry and Investment Bureau, said that the social, economic, political participation and benefits of women, who make up half of the country’s society, have been hampered in the past.
The deputy mayor added that women are the driving force behind the overall development of a country. Without the full participation of women, the development of a country cannot be achieved without the full participation of women. Senior women leaders, experts and various women’s organizations and stakeholders in our administration have conveyed their message to fulfill their leadership role.
An article on women’s benefit and participation for universal prosperity was presented and discussed extensively.
