“Ethiopians living Abroad are the Heroes of the #NoMore campaign for justice”Demeke Mekonnen

    Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, Demeke Mekonnen, said the #NoMore campaign for Ethiopians living abroad is a historic heroism.
    Demeke thanked Ethiopians for coming to the country and welcomed Ethiopians from all over the world at the event organized in Friendship Square.
    “I am proud to say that our country and people are proud of you, as you have proved in practice that our motherland, Ethiopia, which has come through all the challenges of invasion and invincibility with its precious children, is still Fruitful Womb and the birthplace of Heroes.”
    He noted that in the past few years, especially in the last one year, the Diaspora community has been complaining and protesting against foreign interference in the country.
    In particular, he said, “NoMore”, the struggle for justice that you have started with the heroism we inherited from our forefathers, has left this discriminatory world naked.
    He expressed gratitude for the Diaspora’s struggle for Pan-Africanism and for mobilizing black people in Africa and the world, as well as Ethiopia’s friends.
    He explained that the people of the country are doing more than ever to stand guard for the country, but that the Terrorist TPLF has harmed along with the destructive forces and our Enemies.
    He said there has been nothing left theTerrorist TPLF has not done to our country along with Ethiopia’s Historical Enemies.
    The Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs,Demeke Mekonnen,mentioned that the Defense Forces and the State Special Forces have committed a number of tragic and Historic acts of Heroism.
    He said Ethiopians should save their country by making great sacrifices.He called on all parties to support the rebuilding and rehabilitation of the country and to rebuild it.
