Must have ability to travel around the Dire Dawa City area, and must have availability to attend/cover events hosted Dire Dawa.
Though not required, it would be a plus if the candidate has knowledge of Dire Dawa History.

Responsible For

Writing roughly eight articles a week of varying lengths and types, including covering Bisnow’s produced events
Covering breaking news and deeper enterprise reporting in Dire Dawa City’s status
Working a beat, traveling around Dire Dawa City covering the latest trends, personalities and news
gathering and turning arcane data into useful and entertaining information while maintaining personal relationships with lots of leads and sources
Having an intimate knowledge of Dire Dawa City — knowing where the major Events are located, what deals they are responsible
Working with the national and global news teams on major projects and national series
Working with a local team of event producers and sales representatives to assist in the content of events
