The Dire Dawa Administration Science and Technology Directorate holds consultations with stakeholders.
W/ro Shukuri Abdurahman, Deputy Head of the Office of the Mayor and Cabinet Affairs and Director of the Public Grievance Directorate, conveyed the message at the forum. “We must do our part to ensure the economic growth of our country and the Administration,” She said.
Engineer Mahdi Mohammed, an Engineer of the Administration’s Science and Technology Directorate, said we had not been able to achieve the desired results due to the lack of mutual understanding and coordination among the actors in the sector.
According to Mahdi Mohammed, Director of the Science and Technology Directorate of the Administration, various consultations are underway to solve this problem. He said the forum will play an important role in making the plans work together.
A document on Technology Transfer of Innovation processes and intellectual property protection and management was presented and discussed extensively.
