The Standing Committee reviewed the performance of the Bureau’s 60-day, Regular and Capital project

    The Urban Development Construction and Housing Affairs Standing Committee visited Urban Development and Construction Bureau. During the visit, the Committee reviewed the performance of the bureau’s 60-day, regular and capital project.
    The Standing Committee reviewed 358 houses which must be distributed them to the community soon. It also saw 558 condominiums nearing completion and 524 other condominiums in progress.
    The Standing Committee, after assessing the progress made, recommended that the houses be completed and distributed to the community as soon as possible.It is also set to complete the construction of a condominium safety tank and various infrastructures.
    The Standing Committee also directed that the leaks in existing Residential Buildings be resolved as soon as possible.
    In connection with this, it evaluated the construction of cobblestones, communal toilets, stairs and small corridors in urban development.
    The Standing Committee noted that this is good and encouraging and solves the community’s problems, but the Standing Committee has directed that the unfinished Tasks, such as shared toilets, be completed and put to good use for the benefit of the community.
