Federal Housing Corporation has announced that it is conducting preliminary work to build buildings on different sites in Dire Dawa city.
The corporation has started the construction process by laying the foundation stone for the modern building that will be built at the immigration site, which is among the construction sites to be built in the first round by Dire Dawa Administration.
Regarding the constructions that the corporation will build in the future, the leaders of the corporation from the mayor of Dire Dawa AdministrationAto Kedir Juhar, honorable W/ro Fethia Aden, the speaker of the council, honorable Ato Harbi Buh, the deputy speaker of the council, W/ro Kerima Ali and They had extensive discussions with other senior leaders of the Administration.
Honorable Mayor Kedir Juhar said during the discussion that after seeing the effective housing development program that the corporation is running in Addis Ababa city, we were eagerly waiting for the corporation to start construction in Dire Dawa city as well.
He added that the Administration will provide the necessary support for the Federal Housing Corporationfor housing development program in Dire Dawa city.
Ato Kedir Juhar thanked Ato Reshad Kemal, the CEO of the corporation and the leaders of the corporation who are providing direct guidance and close monitoring and support to start the construction process of the sites as promised.
Honorable Mayor said that the change that the Corporation started four years ago was not limited to Addis Ababa City, but rather it has become an institution that has created a capacity to survive for our journey to national prosperity, and that it has started planning housing development plans that will accelerate the growth of Dire Dawa.
Other leaders participating in the discussion confirmed that the Administration will provide the required support for the corporation to carry out construction on viable construction sites that can be developed by the Dire Dawa Administration.
In addition to the large-scale housing development program that the Corporation is conducting in Addis Ababa, it has also conducted a study on the possibility of carrying out a large-scale housing development program in the city of Dire Dawa.
On the other hand, the corporation has deployed the office that it has built in Dire Dawa, which enables the provision of modern services by the Administration, in the presence of the senior leaders of the Administration.
