The next year’s direction was given by evaluating the performance of the activities of the 2014 fiscal year summary phase for the management of Dire Dawa Administration.
The 2014 Fiscal Year Final Phase General Performance Forum was held today at the Ethio-Italian Polytechnic College Assembly Hall, and the mayor of Dire Dawa administration, Ato Kedir Juhar, who spoke at the same forum, noted that good results have been achieved in the implementation of the completed fiscal year plan, and all the leaders are grateful for the excellent results obtained. He said, ” I have to give thanks to the leaders who performed their leadership role for the brilliant results obtained by supervising the work by saying I don’t have time to let go, and I have no time to do it.”
The Honorable Mayor explained that the process of producing competent and strong leadership who strive for better results by encouraging and recognizing those who work in the future is an issue that deserves attention.
The head of Prosperity Party’s Dire Dawa office, Ato Ibrahim Yusuf, stated that the management should evaluate the appropriateness of its actions when performing each task.
Honorable Ato Ibrahim Yusuf stated that in order to measure and categorize the performance of the leadership, we should continue to provide efficient services to the people and that there will be recognition and awards for the institutions, kebeles and clusters that have shown the best performance in the year.
The 2014 financial year summary plan execution document for leadership and member capacity building training was presented by Ato Shakir Ahmed, the deputy head of the Dire Dawa branch office of the Prosperity Party.
Finally, the 2015 fiscal year plan was discussed by the relevant parties at all levels, and the forum was concluded by reaching a consensus for the implementation of the entire leadership and our people.
