The support was provided by the Dire Dawa Health Bureau and HiwotMamo Drug Distributor. The Dire Dawa Health Bureau donated 250,000 birr worth of medicines and other items and the HiwotMamo Drug Dealer estimated at 150,000 birr.
Deputy Mayor of Dire Dawa Administration, KedirJuhar on his part said that the Administration is providing various types of donations to the hospital in kind and in Cash.
W/roLemlemBezabih, head of the Dire Dawa Administration Health Bureau, on her part said that in addition to the material and medical supports provided by the Bureau to the Hospital, 14 health professionals have started working in their careers at the Hospital.
Colonel BirhanuZewde, head of the East Command III Hospital, on his part said Residents and various organizations, including the Dire Dawa Administration, have been providing quick and consistent support to the Hospital in various ways.
