The Dire Dawa Administration Council’s 3rd term elected councilors started training yesterday afternoon.
In her opening remarks at the meeting, the Dire Dawa Administration Council Speaker, Mrs. Fatum Mustafa, explained the purpose of the training.
Speaker of the Administration’s Council, W/ro Fatum Mustafa, said that research-based training has been prepared to introduce the work done by the existing members of the House to new Council members.
Teferi Fekade, Director of the Legislative Monitoring and Supervision Directorate of the Dire Dawa Administration Council explained that a research paper was presented and discussed.
Similarly, the Dire Dawa Administration Council Member and Chairperson of the House Public Expenditure Management Honorable Ato Abraham Sahilu presented a Research paper on the Work procedure and Ethics for the Members of the Council to discuss.
It is learned that a research paper entitled “Recommendations for the Establishment of the House Office Proclamation will be presented and discussed”.
