The Residents should practice the cleaning Campaign

    It is stated that the residents should practice the cleaning campaign in the areas where they live.
    Suturday Monring at 8:00 a.m the Dire Dawa Administration has launched a clean-up campaign to prevent the spread of Chikungunia, Malaria and Dengue Fever in the presence of the Administration’s Mayor, Kedir Juhar, and Deputy Mayor, Harbi Buh, as well as other Senior Officials and Residents of the City.
    The Mayor of Dire Dawa Administration, Kedir Juhar, said the weekly clean-up campaign will be undertaken by the Administration’s Leadership with the people at large and will not be discontinued but will continue as an example to the Community to keep Dire Dawa clean as it used to be.
    Harbi Buh, Deputy Mayor of Dire Dawa Administration and Head of the Trade, Industry and Investment Bureau, and Ibrahim Yusuf, Head of the Dire Dawa Prosperity Party Office, said the Residents should clean up their environment at different times in order to safe guard the health of the people.
    W/ro Lemlem Bezabih, head of the Dire Dawa Administration Health Bureau, said Residents should protect themselves and their families from various epidemics by cleaning up the rubbish in the areas where they live.
    The Dire Dawa Administration’s clean-up operation launched last week in various areas will continue to intensify on a weekly basis.
